As a result of the consultant findings regarding insurance and payroll fraud, embezzlement, nepotism drug & other violations & FLP’s concern with TaylorMade not being in compliance with the MPA, Brenda and Elleck of TaylorMade Solutions, LLC deleted all evidence, email accounts and correspondence related to partnership and MGM. Falisa Peoples contacted ZOHO to retrieve all evidence and was informed once the accounts were deleted, there was no way to regain access.
Brenda and Elleck Taylor sent Falisa Peoples a 60 day notice to dissolve the partnership effective October 15, 2019.
2nd attempt to report spoke to MGM to inform MGM’s Procurement Manager, Tobias Thornwell of the consultant findings regarding the contract with MGM, OSHA violations, suspected drug use, overtime fraud, and other workplace violations. Tobias Thornwell informed Falisa Peoples, 50% Business owner of TaylorMade Solutions, LLC that Brenda Taylor (50% owner of TaylorMade Solutions, LLC) contacted him and told him Falisa Peoples was fired from the company. Falisa Peoples requested a formal meeting to have all records, emails, COUPA sent to her since Brenda and Elleck deleted all of their records of the partnership, removed access from Coupa and deleted all of their email accounts. MGM stated they would provide Falisa with the information she requested.
