After several attempts to correct the consultant findings and because of the level of OSHA violations, communications to MGM:
1st attempt to report: TaylorMade Solutions LLC 50% Owner, Falisa Peoples contacted MGM’s Procurement Manager Tobias Thornwell to formally report the consultant findings regarding MGM and some concerns about the MPA to understand what the appropriate next steps were and how it should be handled.In addition to the OSHA violations, one major concern was staff reported on many occasions that Wesley Peyton, (Brenda & Elleck Taylor’s Son) reported to work appearing under the influence and smelled of illegal (at the time) substances. Mr. Thornwell replied, “That could be cologne and that he was not getting involved with the situation.”
