Falisa Peoples contacted and spoke to MGM informing them that by changing the EIN and the Bank Account, he successfully helped TMS – Brenda and Elleck Taylor push her from the contract with MGM. MGM was informed that Falisa Peoples intended to sue Brenda and Elleck Taylor and requested their support by outlining what had transpired, however Tobias Thornwell indicated that this was a partnership dispute and MGM would not be involved; however, MGM would provide a letter of recommendation.
Falisa Peoples once again requested all financial and tax records from MGM regarding any business dealings and to date this was not sent.
