Results from consultants were provided and presented to partners and the partnership attorney, Charles Walton, July 2019. Major areas of concern w/partnership and breach of Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) addressed with partners and attorney for immediate remedy especially as it put liability to MGM, employees and businesses. Brenda and Elleck Taylor were also found to be misusing the business credit card and stealing thousands of dollars from bank account Areas addressed:


1. Taylors were informed on several occasions by employees that Wesley Peyton (son) appeared under the influence of drugs on several occasions. Breach of MPA with MGM.
2. Multiple employees reported working overtime on several occasions without compensation, as required by Maryland State law and Department of Labor (DOL) requirements.
3. Multiple employees reported safety hazards reported to Brenda and Elleck Taylor on several occasions without any safety measures being put in place. This is a breach of the MPA with MGM.
4. Every employee the consultants spoke with reported they did not undergo drug testing or background checks as required in MPA. Contract with MGM also states that TMS provides background and drug test. Breach of MPA
5. Employees reported unsafe working conditions & OSHA violations – no proper PPE, no overtime, etc.
6. Tax fraud and violations
7. Credit card fraud and money mismanagement violations. Over 1 million missing from company bank accounts.
8. Wesley Peyton, (son) charged with embezzlement and credit card fraud and has access to gaming floor at MGM which is in conflict with MPA
