Brenda and Elleck Taylor sent a “Resolution” to remove TaylorMade Solutions LLC Business Partner (50% Owner), Falisa Peoples from the business which was NEVER Signed and therefore NEVER executed and further proves that Falisa Peoples was and is in fact a 50% owner of TaylorMade Solutions, LLC and was not a traditional employee that could be fired.
Documentation was provided to MGM representatives Tobias Thornwell, Augustine Max, (December 2019, National Harbor) and Kenyatta Lewis (December 2019, (Las Vegas) at both meetings
