Nancy Hines facilitated meetings between Falisa Peoples and key MGM executives, including Lorenzo Creighton, the former President of MGM National Harbor, at the MGM trailer in Oxon Hill, MD.

Ongoing outreach, education, and networking efforts led to valuable insights from Nancy Hines on potentially securing a contract with MGM National Harbor. Notably, MGM had committed to Prince George County to prioritize contracts for minority-owned businesses.

During the construction phase of MGM and various outreach events aimed at engaging local contractors, Nancy Hines facilitated introductions between Falisa Peoples, and key MGM executives, including Lorenzo Creighton, former President of MGM National Harbor, at the MGM trailers in Oxon Hill, MD.

Following these introductions, a decision was made to actively pursue a formal relationship with MGM, prompting initial steps to secure a contract with the company.
